It is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Bob is a great host and is really helpful. He has also started a bar and restaurant on the ground floor that has a great atmosphere and is a good place to go.

Our family stay at Hakuba Ski condos was great from start to finish. Bob welcomed us and showed us around the apartment and was very helpful explaining everything. The apartment was well equipped and had plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and everything we needed for our 9 night stay Bob was extremely friendly and helpful and we really appreciated his help getting to and from the ski areas each day

Hakuba Ski Condos was excellent for our recent ski holiday in Japan. There were 12 of us in one group and Bob accommodated us expertly with multiple trips up the slopes each day and pizzas in his restaurant. Thanks a million!

Fantastic spacious apartment. Fully self contained. Host was incredible and dropped us off to our choice of ski resorts in the morning. Would also offer to pick up if he was available. Ski storage onsite. Walking distance from train and bus station. Walking distance to supermarket.

This apartment was huge and fully decked out for big groups or families. It was so well heated and very comfortable beds and couches etc. Bob was such a friendly host and made you feel so welcomed.

The apartment was in a great location close to Hakuba Station and shops. It was cosy and comfortable with so many extra little things to make it feel like home. The owner, Bob, was extremely helpful with advice and tips both in person and text. We would definitely stay here again.
