Breakfast food was not really edible for westerners, the location was ok if you wanted to ski at only one resort, but a long way from all the others.

It was cosy and warm, the staff were friendly and helpful. It is an excellent location for Snow lovers a 10-minute walk to Hakuba goryu.

Close proximity to Hakuba Goryu, Iimori & Hakuba 47 ski resorts with free shuttle bus to & from the ski resorts. Friendly & helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to transport luggage to/from Hakuba Goryu bus stop. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of variety. Discount lift tickets. Value for money.

Excellent location for access to Goryu Ski Field. The breakfast has a lot of options and was delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.

There's an onsen in the hotel which it's so good after skiing. Free use of washing machine and small charge for dryer. Very good location. About 10 minutes walk to Escale Plaza and plenty restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly. Good breakfast.
