The entering the apartment fir 4 people is a bit treacky - small space for shoes and bags. Apart from this it was great, clean and well equipped. Beautiful location, even in rainy days, what we gad. 🙃

Convenient location in Hakone if you wish to explore the lake side, big and clean room, as advertised. Short and comfy stay with big projector TV.

It comes with a loft that you can sleep if you know how to deal with the futon. It is unfortunate the aircon in the loft was broken as for it started making noises due to the loss of the part of the fan? So we were unable to turn on the aircon (heater) in the loft. Cooking essentials are all there. But there is no supermarket nor convenient store or anything around.

Great sized place, would have preferred to stay at one of the other villas with the lounge area in the living space. Our villas layout wasn't the best.

Spacious, quiet, and very close to Togendai station.the bus stop is literally at the accommodation. A lot of detail has gone into making the stay comfortable down to the complementary toothbrush and slippers ( even separate for the balcony)hot tub was very much appreciated as we arrived in the rain. We used the rope way to return to Hakone Yumoto via Gora. Spectacular
