Beautiful hotel, lovely room with own bathtub on balcony. Super soft comfortable pyjamas to wear. Free drinks provided throughout stay which was a lovely additional touch.

Great location, shops and restaurants are nearby and within walking distance. The hotel room is very comfortable and clear. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. We all love it.

I love the complementary drinks offering at the hote both alcohol and non alcoholic. Complementary snacks was good and they try to promote the local snacks in hotel. So is the complementary supper. Large clean room and friendly staff. Good location.

The Hotel is in a convenient location not too far from Hakone Yumoto station. The staff were very helpful & attentive. Breakfast was Japanese style & staff took the time to explain dishes & how to prepare food. I especially loved the hot tub on our balcony & the private onsen. Lovely & peaceful place to stay.

A boutique style onsen with modern feel. Dinner and breakfast are both good. We can enjoy the river view and autumn leaves from the private bath on the balcony. Bedding is very clean and comfortable. Staff at the restaurants can speak English and always with a smile. A very pleasant stay....

The hotel is very close to the village. Still it's very quiet and has a nice view over the river. Staff is attentive and fluent in English. Breakfast is really amazing and different every day. Rooms are clean and comfortable and you can have free drinks all day long, including alcoholic beverages. The in-house onsen is also very convenient but the best was the private bathtub on the balcony of our room. This place is totally worth its price.

Room was lovely and had private bath on balcony. Free drinks/alcohol on tap on our floor was great. The private and public baths upstairs were also nice.

Very comfortable stay , enjoy the onsen , breakfast is good . They provide free drink and coffee. About 10 minutes walk to Yumato station. There is a shuttle service provided by the tourist association for all the hotel in front of the information centre opposite the train station which very helpful .

Here for 2 nights / first time JPN. Very nice hotel, warm welcome, good sized room, beautiful location, quality furnishings and facilities. Our room had a balcony bath / onsen overlooking the river, but separately there are public and private onsen to enjoy. We also included half board (breakfast), an absolutely awesome experience. Lovely food and a lot of it! Close walk to town, convenience stores, train station etc.
