Magnificent place, not very obvious how to get there. Make sure you arrange shuttle bus or taxi well in advance.

Great location Close to local sightseeing venues Courtesy bus worked well both from Odawara Station but also to Moto-Hakone Views of Mt Fuji from grounds were fantastic It was great to be within walking distance from Ropeway so could easily pick best time to go up to viewing point. Also walking distance to shrine entrance for Hakone Shrine. Grounds were good for a walk and very relaxing

the location was prime and the architecture felt like taking you back to 80s in japan. it was an authentic experience. the surrounding area of the hotel was exceptional, you had a direct access to lake ashi and could enjoy it all the time. the service staffs were all attentive and helping you to enjoy the stay more

It was a bit far,but my Husband and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel, amazing view. The staff were very helpful, clean room, and the food was great .

We stayed here on our honeymoon and the staff were very accommodating to ensure we had the best stay. The onsen was great and it is a lovely setting by Lake Ashi.

onset super good, room was also good staff too good specially the grey coat lady (trance) at reception , she was way too good 50% marks to her. courtesy level so high that you just say and it been done , never expected it too good.

Onsen was great, food options a bit tricky, we missed breakfast which was closed at 9.45 and there was no where else to get any food or coffee for a few hours.
