Very well located, one minute walk from Gora station yet it’s quiet and peaceful inside. Rooms have good view of mountain.

Very luxurious! Loved the welcome drinks/snacks upon arrival to enjoy the footbath at the bar. We enjoyed dressing up in the kimonos and enjoying the facilities. Only confusing thing was the translation describing the "bedrock bath", which was actually a hot stone sauna, not a bath.

The room was very spacious and well decorated. The private onsen on the balcony was dreamy - I was there on a rainy day so couldn't see the view, but imagine it would have been spectacular if it were a clear day. The other onsens were also lovely with great shower facilities for all of them. The bar with the footbath was an absolute treat. I cannot fault anything about this stay.

Location, the massive rooms, private onsen, the views, the traditional breakfast, the complementary drinks, amazing lady at the reception, robes, socks, slippers to wear during stay. The lady was so kind. Went out of her way to find us food when it got late; literally walked with us to find the restaurant and also got us umbrellas when it stared to drizzle a bit.

Loved the location which make it very convenient to access different attractions via gora station. I had selected in room hot tub which was perfect for families to soak at their own time
