onsen is small but not busy at late nite so its ok. Room is spacious. Outdoor bath is good just feel like outdoor private onsen.

It feels exclusive to be here. We booked the half board and tried their dinner on one night. Adults enjoyed the food a lot! For Kintoki room, we had the outdoor onsen inside our room. It’s very convenient as we don’t have to walk over to the other side for the public onsen in the other building. It’s so cold here in December and dipping in the super hot outdoor onsen hits different! The hotel staff is ever so helpful and friendly, fluent in English as well, gives good recommendations. Feel so thankful for their assistance.

Amazing Japanese set meals! I enjoyed our private onsen. Service staff were all very nice. Location was good and environment was very beautiful in autumn.

the staff are helpful to provide me the guidance about the transport, and the hakone bus stop is just right outside there. the rooms is clean and big with a private onsen.

The size of the room was nice, pretty big. We had a room with a private onsen which was really nice. We used this several times. It's not a standard hotel, but has various buildings with apartments which gave a cozy feeling. The staff was friendly and made changes to the breakfast when they found out I'm not a fan of fish. It's located a bit outside of Gora, making it more quiet but there is a super nice Chinese gyoza place just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The only thing stopping us from going there again the second night was the fact that they were closed.
