The staff werw outstanding. Trainee Sun was outstanding. We had plan the stay for an engagement ceremony fir my daughter, and staff was meticulous to ensure secrecy until the actual day. Overall the accomm was top notch. Thanls team Ryuguden

View of the lake and Mt Fuji from bedroom was great. Large room with good futons. Kai-seki dinner was excellent. Onsen area fine, but plastic screen slightly mars view from outdoor onsen as not completely clear. (Other hotels have glass.)

The breakfast and the evening meal were very good.Wine by the glass was available to purchase for the evening meal.I have an intolerance to crustaceans and the hotel took this very seriously and modified by meals and explained the changes. The room had a great view of the mountains and the lake. Unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. We were unable to see Mt Fugi as there was mist and rain.
