We wanted a place with onsen and tatami and therefore landed to this place. The best part is it's location which is near Gora Station - to me it's like a centre point where you could take the train to Hakone-Yumoto or take the cable car and continue your sightseeing journey to Owakudani via the ropeway. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there's a nice dining bar behind the reception which looks cosy and inviting, a great placed to chill and make friends. There's shared kitchen and free coffee & tea.

It’s just a few minutes walk from Gora station, love that the cafe down the road, serves good food at 10%disc for hostel guests. Very authentic Japanese experience - old rustic building, onsen, tatami mats. Staffs very helpful and cheerful at any time of the day we meet them. Despite having to share the shower room, it’s kept clean.

Very friendly staff who helped Alot. Location is also very near to the Hakone Yumoto Station. No train noise too.

The apartment is very spacious with everything we need. We love the private onsen room! And the location is perfect, just minutes away from the train station and a good base for exploring the Hakone area. And kudos to the friendly and helpful staff! They’re fantastic and made our stay very enjoyable. And lastly we absolutely love the pizzas for dinner!

Super well cleaned, the two onsen were tattoo friendly and the water was perfect. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

this was the most traditional accommodation we stayed in during our trip around Japan. The onsen was cosy and private, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. Bonus: two members of the staff speak Spanish, wich made our stay better.

Really good location, at Gora in the hakone region. The lounge and bar is very convenient and staff was the best! Really nice and welcoming. Stunning set up in the room with relaxing views and a nice onsen.
