Situated right next to the picturesque Lake Ashi in the Hakone region, Odakyu Hotel de Yama boasts large Japanese gardens with various flowers, and natural hot spring baths that are surrounded by lush trees. Free parking and in-room Wi-Fi are available.

The scenery of Lake Ashi surrounding, Mount Fuji, Foliage simply stunning, and the remarkable Heiwa no Torii just a walking distance away.

Location is great - minutes of walk to the waterfront tori and superb for launching a drone. The garden is wonderfully designed and well manicured, perfect backdrop for an authentic Japanese breakfast. The outdoor onsen was also a nice experience.

The dinner and breakfast included were both very tasty, we had the French options both times. The view over the lake and of Fuji in good weather from the observation tower were very impressive.

Beautiful scenic location in a 1900s Swiss chalet style accommodation. Free shuttle to Motohakone every 20mins is brilliant.

The hotel stuff are very nice and helpful. The onsen is very nice too, and there is a massage chair in the women onsen, for free, also free popsticles. The hotel is 8-9 minutes walk from the Torii of Hakone Shrine, which was amazing

Excellent service from shuttle pick up to check out. I was helped by Front Desk to arrange for an early taxi as everything starts up around 9am or later. The Mt Fuji view from the 5th floor observatory was a lovely surprise. Bed was super comfortable.

We thought the place was very nice, location is amazing and great view. We enjoyed the garden and the food at the Japanese restaurant is very good. Confy rooms. We loved the onsen as well and had a relaxing time.

Older style hotel, AMAZING ONSEN ! Beautiful location overlooking Lake Ashi and great base to explore the region. You will need a car. Great view of Mt Fuji too
