To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Gora Train Station or Sounzan Train Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Children under 12 years old cannot stay at the property.Please note that rooms do not come with a bathtub although they are equipped with a shower and a toilet. Guests must walk to the hot spring facilities located outside the property to take a bath.The hotel has a curfew at 21:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the hotel after this time.If checking in after 19:00, please contact the hotel in advance. The hotel can prepare a boxed dinner upon request.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The property felt quiet and like you had the place to yourselves but as soon as you needed the staff, they appeared without request. They anticipated our needs.

Our stay at Nagominoyado Hanagokoro was realy wonderful, nothing short of a dream. The relaxing afmosphere of the hotel, beatiful inner courtyard, guest wearing jukatas…a special experience from the moment we entered the door and took off our shoes. The room was specious enough for our family of four, warm and cosy, beds soft and comfortable. The staff made the futon beds while we enjoyed our dinner. The kaiseki dinner was lovely experience with lots of new foods to try, breakfast realy good also. And the star of our stay was our private onsen which was just perfect, so beautiful, we just loved it so much. The staff is very helpful, profesional, polite and sweet and considerate and ads to this special relaxing experience in a ryokan. We recomend Nagominoyado wholehearttedly, it’s an amazing place.

Very private and personal experience. Very happy with the overall hospitality. We are very pleased with our assigned room staff (Warwar Win) dedicated and friendly service. She is very attentive and meticulous to our request.

Great ryokan just a short walk from Sounzan station. There are only 8 rooms so every guest is well taken care of. Staff is lovely and very attentive. Loved the private onsen which we had to ourselves during our stay. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic.

Wing, who looks after us was super caring and friendly. She was cheerful and helpful. Food was great and view was amazing. Private onsen was superb, enjoying beautiful view and quite onsen to relax.

The food and service was amazing. The onsen was lovely, clean, and everything we wanted it to be. We stayed at another onsen in Hakone, and it was no where near as nice as this one.

The food was AMAZING. Private onsen was fabulous and the whole experience instantly relaxes you and it was a great way to kick start our 3 week holiday. Highly recommend!!!

The private onsen is wonderful. We loved it! The staff at the hotel are absolutely delightful and really make staying with them an exceptional experience. The food is traditional Japanese style and is delicious. The location is 5 minutes walk from Hakone ropeway and cable car. Very convenient

For the room that we booked, we were given exclusive use to an onsen throughout our stay. The room is large though. The location is less than 10 min drive to the Owakudani Observatory.
