We booked one of the rooms with our own onsen on the balcony. We loved that we could use it to relax whenever we wanted. The view was amazing, as was the onsen.

The private onsens in each room were a great addition and made it super easy to relax in the privacy with your own group. However, they were a little small for the 3/4 person rooms we booked.

A touch of luxury and excellent hospitality. A wonderful stay where you feel you are the guest and all staff are polite and here to make our stay a pleasant one. From reception, shuttle driver to their restaurant staff. The private onsen is so nice and the view of the mountain is perfect. We had breakfast and in-room dining and both were excellent.

Nice and quiet. Room was as shown on the picture but seems even bigger. Love the open air bath and comfortable yukata. Drinks and sweets at lobby was something the family look forward to when we return from our outings. Buffet brekafast and Dinner was great. Staff were friendly and of great service

The staff couldn't do enough to help us when our son fell ill. They were so wonderful and definitely made the situation easier. Our room had a private bath and it was worth every cent. Watching the sun rise while soaking in the tub was a memory I'll never forget. As was our anniversary dinner at the restaurant. The food was incredible!

Amazing breakfast - lots of variety! Very accommodating for my husband who is gluten and dairy free. Staff very friendly and helpful. Private balcony onsen was perfect after a long day of walking.
