nice big room with raised tatami area, fancy meal, view of Mt. Fuji - from hotel entrance, private onsens, everyone in their yukatas, big breakfast buffet - japanese & western, safe in room

The room was pretty nice. The onses was inclusive and also had priavte baths close to the sulphur eggs and the lake big parking lot

Amazing, Japanese-styled room, bus stop with frequent connections in front of the hotel, ships and ropeway within walking distance. Great public and private Onsens! View to mount Fuji from the hotel...

Friendly. helpful staff. Large room. Excellent breakfast. Loved the private onsen. Can see Mt Fuji from just outside hotel entrance.

The property is nestled in a scenic area of Hakone and very close to several tourist attractions. The hot springs in the hotel were very relaxing and restorative.

The private onsen. Location was good 15’ walk from Hakone rope and boat in lake ashi which is what we wanted to do there so 10 for location. Breakfast is Japanese style and very delicious. Would recommend to book with breakfast at least (we didn’t try dinner)

The private onsen was great and there was always one room available. The bedroom was large and beautiful, with a green tea set available as courtesy.

The private onsen is superb! You dont have to reserve, just need to check whenever they are free and you can go in. Its within walking distance from the bus stop and Togendai station, which have access to both the rope way and the port
