Hotel Overview

Spacious rooms with a marble bath, 24-hour front desk and balconies overlooking Hakone’s natural beauty await guests at Hyatt Regency Hakone Resort and Spa in Gora. It boasts the area’s largest spa, 2 indoor hot-spring baths. Free WiFi is offered in all areas.
Lit by mood lighting and offering panoramic windows, each room at Hyatt Regency Hakone Resort and Spa comes with a minibar, a window-side seating area and a coffee maker. All rooms feature a terrace or a balcony. Guests can watch blu-ray or satellite channels on the 40-inch flat-screen TV, and mineral water and a morning newspaper are provided.
The hotel is a 45-minute drive from JR Odawara Train Station, and offers free shuttles from the station at 12:15, 13:15 and 14:15 (shuttles from the hotel leave at 11:30, 12:15 and 13:15). Seats on the shuttle must be reserved in advance. Shuttles to/from Gora Station is also available from 10:00 to 18:30. Lake Ashi and Owakudani volcanic valley are both a 30-minute drive away, and the Hyatt provides free parking.
You can unwind with a reflexology treatment, massage or facial at Spa Izumi & Onsen Hakone, lounge at the library or simply enjoy the sun on the terrace.
Open for all meals, The Dining Room serves Western cuisine from an open kitchen and has a terrace with mountain views. Sushi is available in the evenings. Reservations are required for dinner in the dining room. A la carte lunch items and snacks can be found at the cosy Living Room.

From Odawara Station to hotel: 12:15, 13:15 and 14:15. From hotel to the station: 11:30, 12:15 and 13:15. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please provide following information when booking shuttles: - Your name - Number of guests - Reachable mobile phone number - Reservation confirmation number Shuttles depart from the West Exit parking area at the station. Please look for a bus with the hotel's logo.
No reservation is needed to use the shuttle from Gora Station to the hotel. Please call upon arrival at the Gora Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Shuttle buses are available from 10:00-18:30.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The hotel was fabulous! Rooms were impeccably clean filled with all the amenities. The spa was such a wonderful experience, after a day of exploring Hakone. Both sushi and western restaurants were delicious. Thank you to the wonderful and friendly staff, that made our stay very memorable.

The lounge area in the hotel is nice the bedrooms are spacious. The shuttle that drops you back and forth is brilliant. We loved sitting in our robes in the lounge with the fire.

We enjoyed our time in the hotel so much. The staff was friendly and great willingness to help, great breakfast and all areas were clean and high maintained. The Onsen in the hotel was quiet and clean. The hotel has shuttle service to near by interest points that was easy to use.
