Beautifully done up, albeit cosy, rooms with high end finishes. We also had a private outdoor onsen which was lovely.

Beautiful rooms that are aesthetically pleasing, warm, inviting and very clean and tidy. In a good location near the station and plenty of places to eat

Clean, very large and comfy bed(biggest bed we had had travelling in Japan), easy access to local area, plenty of amenities if required. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is done in dark colours with subtle lighting which we liked but some may prefer bright rooms.

The hotel is lovely and has a luxurious feeling despite not being an internationally branded hotel. I like the open air bath attached to the room - amazing private onsen!
