This hotel was my favourite from the trip. The room was huge and the bath was a dream! I wish we stayed longer as we only booked two nights but we know where to stay if we return! The breakfast and dinner also had lots of options and the toiletries & yukata provided were luxurious too!

The two onsens and the private onsen were very good. Amazing experience. The traditional room is a very nice experience (although not the most confortable), but good for one night.

Travelling Aline with four children it can be hard to find accomodation that has enough beds and space to be comfortable, but there was so much space, beautiful, big comfy beds for all (no Roll-out beds in sight!) and the balcony, big screen…everything we needed. Cleanliness was unbelievable - and such thought had gone into small touches like laundry baskets, toothpaste/ brushes, etc The hot bath at the end of a busy day….heaven Instructions were clear and they even checked that we had been able to access the apartment Ok to check in…lovely Close to supermarket. 1 minute always, 7 -11 3 minutes and lots of small restaurants, Nezu station 3 mins away and Ueno (main station) 10-15 mins, with through ueno park with lake and paddle boats

The onsen at the hotel was excellent. We also had access to a separate onsen located outside, but we didn't manage to go. It felt like a very authentic hotel and the staff was very polite. They even upgraded us to a bigger traditional Japanese style room, which was great! Breakfast was a large buffet, with mostly Japanese food & some Western influence. It was a great way to experience local breakfast!

Our Japanese-western room on the high floor was amazing, with tatami in a sitting area and couches and beds in a separate areas. The view from a high floor is quite amazing as well. So, perfect for relaxation and quietness. The onsen area is super nice, the hotel has both inside and outside onsens, as well as the footbath. we used only the inside one, which was a cool experience and then enjoyed the free drinks in the relaxation room.

Great service! Classic Japanese luxury feel. We got the Senyu Japanese style room with hot spring bath in the room. Very spacious for our family of five. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I also tried the onsite public bath and it was great as well.

Spacious and clean Hot bath provided, especially we just pay a little bit more and we could enjoy private family hot bath. Nice buffet breakfast served; only pay a bit more. There is a small sourvenir shop situated inside the hotel that sells more than sourvenir items. I bought quite a few things.
