Everything was fantastic and enjoyable: the room, great food, onsen and of course the staff! I left relaxed and with many good impressions. Would like to go there again in the future!

The onsen was a beautiful indoor & outdoor onsen. The included breakfast was fresh, and had variety. Our room was for three, the sofa bed was comfortable. The outlook onto the golf course was beautiful. The staff were lovely and helpful, they spoke enough English to assist, we spoke little Japanese. The shuttle bus to tourist areas was helpful, but we enjoyed walking the 10min to the local bus stop and finding our own way in our time.

Staff were very friendly and supportive. My room view was very nice. Onsen was great, not so many guests so we can enjoy our time. We to walked to the hotel but it seems that hotel provides pickup at bus station. However, we enjoyed our walk because we can feel the autumn scene from/to hotel.

I booked it wrongly for one person instead of three and the receptionist said its fine, staffs are really nice and the have free shuttle bus to and from odawara station although it does not go very often. The onsen is nice as well!

The receptionist Mr Hara is very helpful and professional. He help us to book the appointment for changing the flat tyre of our car. Print out the map and even set our navigation. So we don’t have to worry anymore. Thanks a lot and we have no reserve to recommend this hotel
