Very unique and relaxing. Clean rooms, bathrooms and onsens. Onsens were very beautiful and are a really nice experience. Located very nicely in a forest and not far from the "main road" by car.

Beautiful location, near bus stop 250 Senkyoro-Mae, lovely onsen and traditional Japanese breakfast. The staff were kind and helpful. We only stayed 1 night, it was a bit rushed. The concierge helped us forward our luggage to Kyoto as we had too much luggage and didn't want to drag it around, doing the Hakone loop. Highly recommended this place, unpretentious, cosy, warm rooms, slept great after onsen. Local restaurant picked us up for dinner and dropped us back. Overall a great experience in Hakone. Thank you. :-)

We drove around in Hakone, there're plenty of parking spots, so we are happy, it's a good experience and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good dinner.

The family room was very spacious and the public baths view in the forest is relaxing and impressive. We really enjoyed the surroundings as there is a lot to do in the area. Also the restaurant meal looked amazing but it was booked out while we were there so be sure to book in advance.
