Hot spring baths with infinity view to the mountains. Entertainments in the lobby and good views. Big spacious rooms. (ours 723) Plus, breakfast, the buffet and foods were awesome.

Amazing and luxurious hotel. Spread over a large area with a large lobby and seating area. Huge rooms decorated in a traditional and modern style. The hot Onsen bath on the balcony is great fun especially on snowy nights like the one we spent. Excellent breakfast - a large selection with dishes from Japanese and Western cuisine. Great staff that provides professional, friendly and pleasant service.

Location was wonderful. From the very first moment you step onto the campus, the staff are welcoming and informative. The place is beautiful. The food was amazing. The onsen facilities were a real treat.
