Astonishing view of Mount Fuji when it's clear from the lake view room. Very spacious room and the amenities are great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary welcome drink is a nice touch.

I loved my stay here and will definitely be back! They give you a welcome drink at their bar They have a foyer you can sit at to drink coffee throughout the day and rest You can see lake Ashi and views of the pirate ship cruise from the room The Onsen is lovely and quiet

View from the room was excellent with lake and Mount Fuji right infront of you through the view length window. Room is spacious. The onsen is a plus. A good way to relax at the end of the day with a dip in the onsen. Certificate of inspection of the mineral content of the onsen displayed on the wall as well. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful which made the stay even more pleasant. 2 or 3 restaurants available just opposite the hotel. Sight seeing Cruise station is right next to hotel. Hakone Shrine and Heiwa no Torii are very close too.
