Great place to stay with it’s own onsen, it is right underneath the Sounzan Hakone Ropeway station. The food is excellent and the portions are good enough. The staff are exceptional! Very friendly and polite people. They even gave us a ride to Gora station upon checkout. Absolutely excellent!

Amazing location, right by Souzan gondola for the Hakone Loop. Large room, very comfortable. Onsens were lovely and well maintained. Staff were incredibly kind and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner were included, they very kindly made us options with no meat, and it was delicious.

Very nice staff. Authentic and very detailed Japanese food is offered and the Onsen was super comfortable. A lot of services are offered by the hotel too.

This hotel has few rooms and therefore the care and attention to each guest is excellent. The food is traditional delicious and stunningly presented in a lovely room with windows on two sides looking out to a view and trees. The bedroom was a generous size with very comfortable beds. Great to have jug and fridge. The onsen is small but again looking out onto trees. The hotel is very close to Sounzan cable car station. However the staff will pick you up from Gora station as it is a steep uphill 25 minute walk.

Great breakfast and dinner. Lovely hot springs and the staff were outstanding and offered us free umbrellas when it was raining. 10/10!

Really nice onsen,super friendly and enjoyed a really nice dinning and breakfast. Got a lift from the cable car station as well.
