This was a great find. The owners were lovely and incredibly helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped, and contained everything we needed to have a very enjoyable stay. The location was ideal for us, especially as we had a hire car and were able to park outside the hotel. There are quite a few very good restaurants in walking distance. If definitely stay there again.

The most hospitable people ever. The owner kindly drove us to the nearest open bus stop after roads were closed following snowfall. He even made a detour to a viewpoint of Mount Fuji. The B&B is extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Also a handy vending machine on site.

Everything about the property was amazing! Our room was super clean and very spacious, facilities were super easy to use and very generous. Public transport was also extremely accessible; the property is in a very walkable location. By far the best part of this property is the staff. Nori-san and Keiko-san were absolutely beautiful people, very kind and helpful during our stay. They helped us with finding places and reserving restaurants and gave us heat packs every morning. Super genuine people that really made our stay in Hakone <3

The staff are wonderful and very kind. The owner took us in his car to a spot close by where we had an amazing view of Mt Fuji. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. They were friendly and very accommodating. This hotel is fairly basic but very comfortable. The staff really elevated the experience for us.

I had a great time staying here! Even though it seems a little far from the main attractions, there are several busses which make it really easy to go everywhere in a short time. Big rooms, with sitting tatami area and a bathroom with a tub. The room was immaculately clean with all the amenities you could possibly need. The owners are so nice and have great recommendations for traveling. They also speak good English and helped me send my luggage to Yumoto station, which is so convenient. The rooms have air conditioning/heating, there is a coin laundry right next to the hotel and many restaurant in walking distance.
