Outstanding stay for a family of four sharing a family room. Conveniently located right next to the station and it is as stylish as it looks in the photos. Staff were super friendly and helpful and spoke great English. Spacious room with lovely bedding, toiletries and robes provided. Easy breakfast with a limited range of European and Japanese options. Tasty and filling. The onsen is gorgeous, small and indoor but very beautiful. A great experience; I was a little nervous about getting naked with strangers but advise anyone to go for it. Noone cares what you look like and it was a highlight of our Japan trip for me. Highly reccommend this place.

Emblem flow was possibly the best place I stayed during my two week trip to Japan. The hotel is located really close to the Gora station (Note that if you have accessibility issues, there are a few stairs through an underpass that you need to cross before arriving at the hotel). The staff were really lovely, they explained everything and ensured that I would have a comfortable stay. I booked a bed in the dormitory and was worried that it would have the same issues as any hostel bed would have. However I was wrong, the beds were clean and the dorm (8 beds) was super quiet throughout my stay. The onsen is fantastic! After a long day of exploring Hakone, it was really relaxing to soak in the warm waters. My booking also included a breakfast which I thought was very good. There were quite a few options and they even catered to my needs (vegetarian). Would highly recommend this place for anyone! Also really loved the fact that they email you suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants and a bunch of other information before you arrive at the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner package were excellent! I highly recommend. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke English. They offered a yukata and slippers to use as well as refreshments after onsen which a lovely bonus. Bed was very comfortable.

Amazing location right in the middle of the town and next to train station. We didn’t get toilet or shower in our room which I found annoying. It’s a shared toilet on each floor. The onsen was very nice
