Thé room was beautiful, like the photos. As new. My room,408, had a lovely view of hills and I could see the cable car . Bed was a little firm, the norm for Japanese accommodation. Quiet. Although there was a kitchenette with large fridge, microwave and hot plate there wasn’t a single utensil, plate or cooking pan. Just 2 cups and two glasses , not forgetting the small glass water pitcher! There was a coffee machine. Location is right next to bus stop 245 on T and S lines. Nice modern, modest size onsen. Two Sharp washing/drying machine combos. The same model is chosen by many Japanese hotels and it has clear English instructions.I find the drying function inefficient and extremely time consuming so I dry my clothes in my room. On the first morning, I asked for one of the (undercooked to my taste) pre-prepared eggs to be microwaved and well cooked.On the second morning, Daiki-san presented me with an egg already microwaved. Thank you for the 5 star service Daiki-san. I chose the location to be walkable to the Hakone glass forest and Choanji with 500 Raman statues.
