Room was big enough for two adults and one child. We loved the location, close to the train station and a tram stop right out the front. The sports plaza was a bonus for when it was too cold outside.

Room was incredibly spacious which is rare in Japan and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a great view of the port. It was also located very conveniently close to the station.

The hotel lounge which provides free coffee, tea and juice, soft drinks are a plus. Also it’s great for having a space working on computer. The room is a bit tight but no complaints as it’s worth paid. Location is also perfect very close to train station, walking distance to 金森紅磚庫。 Every morning we found the free drinking water bottles and towels at the door quite surprising.

The room was very spacious for Japanese hotel and the location was amazing. So central to everything. The hotel also provided parking for a small fee but was very convenient. Highly recommend staying here to my friends and family.

The facilities were very clean and comfortable, and the lobby lounge was also quite convenient. The hotel's also very close to the train station, which was handy since we brought heavy luggage with us.

Very nice breakfast and the lady staff were helpful and friendly not for some reason the men didn’t engage with me at all. Wouldn’t even look at me. Quite strange

The location was very good right near a tram stop and the main station. The staff were friendly and were more respectful/ informed about how to treat foreign residents than at many hotels (the fact that ID doesn’t need to be checked or copied by law), so I appreciated this a lot. There was a bar and guests receive a free drink token. I could see the sea from my room window. The room was basic but that was fine for the price, and it was also very clean.

Close to the station, amazing breakfast with fresh tuna (sashimi style), grilled scallops, berry/citrus smoothies, side salads etc. Great view to harbour from breakfast lounge. Room was also with a harbour view.
