Location was excellent .. a stone's throw away from Hakodate Station. The free parking onsite helped as well.

Just 4 mins from the train station and walking distance from the warehouses. The room had a kitchenette and allowed for great convenience

The room was spacious and has utensils, a microwave, and a fridge provided. The check-in process was also very fast thanks to the advanced technology. It was also located near Hakodate station, which was just a 3 mins walk from there. It was just a corner away from lawson which was convenient.

Nice and tidy room. Very good quality kitchenware and appliances. I would like to recommend that hotel can prepare some tools to assist guests clearing snow on their vehicles.

Excellent location. Just a few minutes walking from JR station. Room is cozy and comfort. I booked family room for 4, it's quite spacious.

Everything was top notch, from the friendly staff service to the facilities. We enjoyed the free flow of welcome drink/ sparkling wine, and played some games at hotel lobby. Suana was clean and big, Breakfast was excellent too! Many Laundry machine

The location is very good; 5 mins walk to Hakodate Morning Market. Japanese breakfast with 4 restaurant choices at Morning Market are all good. About 10 mins walk to JR Station. Lucky Pierrot (Burger etc) is less than 5 mins walk.
