The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and warm in the room. The breakfast was tasty, not many options but enough and good quality. The decor and the location are also a plus. The staff was nice.

The hotel is at a very good location, right in the city center. We liked its internal decoration, the ship theme. Everything looked perfect and clean. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful both at the reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Our room was a double decker, very comfortable and clean.

Super friendly helpful gentleman /with beard/ at reception. Restaurant attached to the hotel clean , excellent service and food. Very charming wood covered rooms. very close to the Thermal bath AAAAA a true 4 STAR hotel!!! /Not like Miskolc -Tapolca AURORA hotel has 4 Star rating which is a DUMP!!! 1.5 STAR only/ Question: Who awards the number of stars for the hotels in Hungary? Name of the organization?

Breakfast is not very well thought of, each morning there were missing things...food...plates....cutlery... They should pay much more attention to breakfast and customers during breakfast. But the taste was ok.
