The Lady managing the place is very nice and friendly! She did her best to help us out and to have a chat together! We got a room that had two queen size beds, private bathroom and a/c plus fan. It was comfortable, even if the cleanliness could be improved.

The lady that runs the place was the best. She was really kind and helpful. She helped us with laundry, motorbike, booking of transport to Hanoi (transfer went exactly as it was described to us 👌🏿). She was also very receptive when we showed up tired after a night bus and made sure to make a room ready for us as soon as it was free. The room was spacious with large beds, had a smart TV and we could refill our bottles downstairs. The location is right in the middle of the tourist area.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Minh was the best host; she always made us smile and made our stay very comfortable! I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Cat ba!!!!
