What is odd about this property is that the bedrooms were designed too small for the beds. Apart from that the property rates well on each of the important criteria. The staff are good, the girls are efficient in the rooms, everything is fine - except one thing.....

The young staff were uniformly pleasant, and were a credit to staff training. The unsatisfactory fridge was replaced promptly. The breakfast offering was reasonable to perhaps better than that, but was overpriced at c.AUD 20 a head. Location was good with our relatives just down the road.

Good location, about 15 minutes walking from pedestrian streets in Hai Phong. Breakfast is delicious, especially yoghurt. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely comback.

Good breakfast and restaurant with some nice vegetarian options. The room size is good, All facilities are modern and clean. The gym is well equipped and we felt very welcome during our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every situation.
