The hotel is a typical English country hotel, well situated in a quite area of the British countryside. There is a very handy car park and the breakfast is excellent.

Very clean and tidy, onboarding was simple. Room was nice, loads of tea and biscuits on hand. TV had Netflix. Breakfast was great, nice place, and nice and quiet.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant, but thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, which was tasty and cooked to order. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning and can not praise highly enough. The location is excellent in its proximity to Eastbourne, South Downs, High Weald, and National Trust places to visit, which was important to us.
