Very gorgeous hotel, spacious and luxury rooms and common places. The breakfast buffet offers the best of western and Chinese cuisine and has a multitude of choices. The staff was always ready to help.

The hotel provided a spacious and comfortable room, with a satisfying breakfast and a convenient location just a short walk from the shopping center. The mall offered a variety of dining options, including a food court with Chinese dishes and well-known fast-food outlets like Burger King and Starbucks, alongside restaurants serving hotpot and sushi. The abundance of retail stores made it a good shopping place. During our stay, we experienced the super typhoon Yagi, and I was highly impressed with the hotel staff’s dedication and professionalism. The managers on duty (floor 19th and 27th) during the typhoon ensured the safety of guests despite the power outages and poor communication. One staff member even delivered dinner to our floor 19 in the middle of the night when the electricity was cut off, showcasing the team’s exceptional commitment during the crisis. In the aftermath of the typhoon, the hotel efficiently provided food, water, and resumed breakfast and dinner services the next day. The swift recovery of electricity and communication was handled smoothly, and I commend both the local authorities and the hotel management for their efforts in ensuring locals and guests' safety and comfort throughout this challenging time. May Guanyin bless the people of Hainan and the frontline staff who work tirelessly day and night to recover from the damage caused by the typhoon.
