We stayed at Gia Cat Long hotel and Travel shortly after the storm hit, and I was amazed by how well they handled everything. Despite power outages across the island, the hotel had a generator running, so we always had electricity. Luffy, the general manager, and his team were incredibly helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, modern, and the beds are super comfortable. Highly recommend staying here if you want reliable service, even in tough conditions.

After the storm, Gia Cat Long Hotel and Travel was a sanctuary for us. The island had no electricity for days, but the hotel had a generator that kept things running smoothly. Thor was amazing, helping us arrange tours and making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfortable. Even with the storm damage, the staff was cheerful and attentive. We were so grateful for the reliable service during a challenging time.

Our stay at Quang Tung Hotel was fantastic. Luffy, the general manager, went above and beyond to help us plan our Cat Ba experience. He recommended and booked a full-day boat tour, which was amazing, and even helped us organize our plankton tour. The room we stayed in was modern and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The bay view from our balcony was spectacular. This hotel is the perfect base to explore Cat Ba Island. Excellent service from start to finish!
