Excellent value for money - this isn't the Ritz but just perfect for our nights stay - staff went over and above, friendly, kind and very helpful ! Lovely to wake up with a perfect view of the bay !

Property is very near to Havelock/Neil jetty point. And can get Autos to other parts at almost 100-150Rs. Room given to us was 303 on the top third floor which bit warm but spacious. Best part was awesome Sun Rise views from the property. Also Aman and staff quite helpful. We had veg breakfast, lunch and dinner and was cooked nicely in home made style at the hotel and was served on proper dining setup.

Awesome place walking distance from haddo jetty which is pick and drop for cruises. The seaview room has the most amazing view of the ocean and a big balcony to enjoy it from. Rooms are clean and spacious as well. Had a great time. Try to get the sea view room though.

A super place, with a lovely spacious clean room with wonderful bay views. Breakfast and further food options catered to all tastes and were freshly prepared - all were delicious. Aman and his team offered a fantastic and attentive service booking ferries and providing other recommendations. Overall a fantastic stay that we would recommend to all visitors to Port Blair.

We have booked 3 rooms for 1 night while travelling from Havelock to Port Blair to our connecting flight to Europe. Mr Abdul with his team made it perfect to relax and also Mr Abdul helped us with stressy difficulty with delay flight to Chennai. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN! We had a perfect room called ,,Seaview,, very clean, there was everything what we could think of. And than in the morning, you open your eyes and you see the ocean from bed!! PERFECT! Stuff was very helpfull, polite and umderstanding. The other 2 rooms ,,dolphin,, and i dont remeber was also perfect! Its very good maintained residency, very clean, with breakfast serving just in small dining room in from of the rooms. The prices are very good and they have also dinner or lunch. The Seaview Residency is a delightful apart/hotel accommodation with fantastic sea views. The rooms were very clean and had all you needed, with both fans and A/C. Bathroom with shower hot and cold water, and toiletries are supplied. Food was good home cooking type and prepared to order, you just have to give notice beforehand so it gives the chef time to make it, it is then brought up to the room for you. If you need anything else like a kettle just ask the staff and they will assist. Now the staff here are on another level, Abdulla the proprietor and his staff went above and beyond to assist with booking tours and taxis for us, and because one of us was not feeling well when we arrived offered to take us to a doctor and offered any assistance we needed. This place is a great value stay within walking distance of Haddo Jetty and about 15 minutes from the airport. Thankyou for your lovely hospitality. Jane & Sandra 🙏😁
