“Garden of Eden on the foot of the Volcanoes”

The genuine kindness of our hosts was really moving.... Letting us taste different types of juices...helping us to plan our visit to the volcano areas and helping our son who had a skinburn on his arms. The lodge itself is very authentic. The garden benefits from more than 40 years of carefully maintenance with lots of love..with flowers and trees you think you find yourself in a botanical garden. Hummingbirds are flying around your head during breakfast. And finally...the food was gorgeous...homegrown vegetables and fruits and produces such as ricotta cheese..very royal quantities...your own grand mother would not have spoiled you so well. Thanks for the lovely stay and memory

My gf forgot her airpods in the hotel room, but the hotel arranged for them to be brought to us in Liberia which saved us from a really long drive. They truly went above and beyond.

Absolutely lovely location, a hidden gem ! Bungalows were spacious and comfortable, the lady who runs the place is extremely nice and helpful - speaks English, Spanish, French … she was able to help us a lot organising our visits. The food was excellent and we had breakfast and dinner there everyday !

The website does not do this place justice. The place is gorgeous. Really cute cabanas. Very friendly staff. Meals available onsite. Except for the monetary issues listed below, this was one of my favorite places to stay and I have been to 30 different areas of the country. I am sad that the money issues resulted in a much lower rating for this place.
