Comfortable, clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was divine and the private outdoor onsets were a real treat!

All staffs are very helpful (except one lady who wearing glasses at front desk), public and private onsen are available for choose, dry room and wax room is also ready for guest with ski/snowboard gear. free shuttle service is available transit between hotel and ski resort everyday with prior reservation, good service!!
