The location of the hotel is great - 15 minutes walk both from railway station and from airport. Very kind and helpful staff, we even get an opportunity to put our cheese in a fridge! The room isn't big but enough for two people for one night. A sink in a room was a pleasant surprise. The bed was quiet comfy, and the room was warm. As per minuses , the shower and the toilette were always wet. Sometimes, the water drained really slow. But honestly, according to all the negative reviews, I was expecting much worse, so generally, it was a great experience, and I can recommend it for one night.

This hotel is so close to the airport that you could walk, but as it might have been difficult in the dark, I got a taxi. From Basel, the easiest way to get there is to take the 50 bus to the airport, walk through departures to the French side then go down to arrivals and go out. There you find the French taxi rank, it is 10 euros and takes about two minutes. The hotel ordered us a taxi for an early morning flight and he was there 15 minutes early (again 10 euros). The staff replied quickly to message requests, were very friendly and helpful (un grand merci!).

A very compact bedroom and bathroom. Very clean with all the basics covered. A 15 minute walk from the airport from which we had a very early flight. Great value

It's an amazing hotel close to the Basel airport, walking distance and easy to reach. Check in and out easy, the reception very polite and helpful. The room was clean, the bed big and comfortable, and the establishment clean. I highly recommend and I'm very happy with the hotel. Also very affordable price, thank you very much!
