We had an amazing three-night stay at Bissa Villa, the hosts were absolutely amazing and were always there to help out when needed. A lovely welcome when we arrived too. Samitha happily called a local restaurant to book a table for us and arranged a Tuk Tuk there and back on two evenings. The other evening we chose to eat in their restaurant on site and we were more than impressed with the food, everything was very tasty and fresh, and for a good price as well. It was lovely to be in nature and be surrounded by all the wildlife, I have already recommended Bissa Villa to a friend, if you book you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much for looking after us so well 😀

The host lady was so kind to us! We had a long conversation in the morning and she is a really open minded and understanding person. The couple invests a lot of time and hard work into building up the cabanas and keeping the area clean and protected of the elephants around. The night before we arrived we received a warm welcome. The place is located in Habarana in a very peaceful environment. Right in the middle of nature you will find peace of mind and get the chance to relax. Nice big pool. Breakfast was very delicious. Traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. We loved the time and will definitely come back. The room has all the facilities which are necessary.

Great hosts with wonderful stories, sparkling clean and modern rooms, fresh food, a peaceful setting close to nature. You will feel like home — what a wonderful way to start our trip in Sri Lanka. Anything you need - trip ideas and practical advice, food, good conversation, rest — you can get it here! It is impossible to regret staying here. We had a baby and they were also so welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for a place with personality and charm, and owners who do everything with care — Bissa Villa is for you.

Very tranquil environment with a feeling of being remote but actually, handy for most itineraries. The hosts were incredibly helpful in all matters and provided excellent service too.

Bissa Villa is located a couple of minutes by car from Habarana. It’s a little spot of heaven, where nature takes over. On our way to breakfast, we came across a peacock and monkeys! In terms of infrastructure, the lodges are clean and sufficiently big. But most importantly, Samitha and her husband were really the most outstanding hosts! The breakfast every morning was delicious and prepared with passion. They gave us a lot of tips to discover the surroundings and did everything to ensure our stay was the best possible (and it was)!

We had a great time here! The couple that runs it is very friendly, always waiting for what you need. The beautiful and well-maintained environment, the rooms very clean and spacious. Great breakfast! and we had dinner there one night and it was also very good! A very well-kept, quiet place that takes care of the guest To go back! Thank you very much!

The best stay in Sri Lanka. This place is magical, surrounded by nature. The owners are really nice. Bissa villa has also a cosy restaurant that is exactly what you need after a long day around the area.
