really friendly and helpful staff, clean and bright room with great views onto the street with the cathedral as well as large windows that open fully. comfortable beds with nice fresh and clean bedding. cheaper by far than most other hotels in the area while still being a clean and comfortable space. no bells and whistles sure, but very good value for money

Great location, value for money, friendly staff. A little tip: don't read bad reviews - people shouldn't be booking what they choose and then bemoan the fact they did it on their own volition! Everyone has other choices. Yes, it's not a Ritz, you get what you pay for!
