Attentive, friendly staff. Central location close to attractions, shops etc. Surprisingly quiet considering its central location. Good buffet breakfast and 24 hr front desk.

Breakfast quite expensive. Up by 3.5€ pp since our last visit. The location is excellent in the centre of Haarlem. The staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms are pretty basic but have everything you need for a short break.

We have stayed here a few times for the Christmas market, it is very central for our needs Rolf on the front desk is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a very central location and great for meeting people in the centre of Haarlem. The rooms are basic and looking a little tired and warn. The staff are always welcoming and very helpful. The restaurant is a great little place to sit especially for breakfast.

Location is excellent. The room was comfortable and has a good shower. The bathroom a little old and warn. The room was very cold on entering but warmed up. Breakfast was expensive for what it was.

I like the size of the room, it is big enough for two persons. The location is perfect if we talk about Transport Stations and close to the Market, Church and some other tourist spots. Bars, Restaurants and even Jumbo (grocery store) are just less than 10 minutes walk away from the property.
