Room was okay except for the shower which was a challenge to control the heat and cold. Beds are comfortable, but rather small, pillows and comforter were also comfortable. Location is excellent. Breakfast is simple but okay.

Brilliant hotel in Haarlem, right in the town centre in market Square, everything is close by Train station, shops, cafes, resteraunts & it's only 3 stops on the train to Amsterdam Central. Oh the continental breakfast, with hot croissants was lovely.

The location is great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had to change our booking last minute to include my daughter and they were accommodating and helpful.

It was at the most important old square of Haarlem and their were restaurants and cafe’s around. Staff was welcoming and solved problems that I had with room…
