Everything about it is lovely. The staff so helpful and look after you well. Impressed with rooms and some shade by the pool is welcomed. The food is very good. The maze breakfast is a nice addition to a full menu.

We had an awesome 2 night stay at Baan Kiao and were well looked after by the manager and lovely staff 😊 the resort is nestled in the trees with a lovely sandy track that is only a minute or two down to Haad Yao beach where there were restaurants & bars to enjoy the sunset from 🌅 When the ac had a problem in our original bungalow we were moved and upgraded to an even better room which was much appreciated and made the stay even more special ✨ Thank you to all the staff at Baan Kiao- the friendliest we’ve experienced in Thailand so far! Special shout out to Tik for being so lovely & smiley ❤️

The staff were so attentive and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, always stopping for a chat asking us how our day is. They really were the standout for this resort.

All the people were super lovely, the beach was wonderful and the entire resort very clean and beautiful. One of the people, Sue was especially very nice. She helped with everything we needed around our stay :) They also helped us when we were lost on the island, not knowing where we were and picked us up for a super super good price :) Room was perfect, like one the pictures and the cleanest I had on my entire trip.

We have traveled to many places all over Asia and had some very good resorts but this one stands out because of the people and Management that work there. We messed up the booking but the Manager was super helpful and arranged a family bungalow for our stay. Additionally, the entire staff is super (kids) friendly, always smiling and helpful. last but not least: the food & drinks are amazing. thank you so much for everything!!

Check-in (thank you Mo) was very fast.. The Resort is near to the beach where you find also many restaurants to eat.. Breakfast (Menu) was great! We come back ;o))

Clean and spacious room! We liked the vicinity to the beach as it was just a 5 minute walk to the beach. When we stayed at the here, the swimming pool was being renovated but the vicinity to the beach made it worth while. There's also restaurant in the property which serves one of the best food we tried on the island. Very humble staff and always there to help! There's also a 7 Eleven nearby!
