The staff and the overall vibe were amazing! Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful! The itinerary is pretty much the same as every other cruise you are looking to book. The food was good for the 2 days and 1 night trip, with the shuttle bus limousine (separate cost) for pickup from Hanoi Old Quarter 5/5. Great communication from the beginning to the trips end.

Our stay on Hermes cruise was fantastic. The Boat is beautiful, and compared to many others we saw, it was by far the best boat! Our room was perfect, we loved having our own balcony and enjoying that private space. Staff were impeccable from start to finish. We were made to feel very special, with lots of nice little touches. The food was great quality, lots of variety at the buffet lunch and brunch. Dinner was more western taste but still delicious, 6 courses, every one as good as the next. The cocktails we had on board were great, and very boozy! Booked last minute through booking.com and paid at the boat by card, no problems at all! We also arranged transfer, bus was great and we paid in with our cost when we arrived at the port. We searched cruise after cruise, looking for the perfect one, I’m so glad we found it! 🚢 Would recommend this cruise 100%

The cruise was great! We had a really wonderful time. We went for a 3 days and 2 nights cruise and it was a perfect choice, as we had enough time to relax with beautiful views and go for day trips with the crew. We had a lot of fun going to the caves or kayaking. The crew was amazing! They were very helpful, welcoming and warm! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The food was delicious.

Staff delivered exceptional service, smiles and went out of their way to ensure our trip was beyond expectations! Tommy, Cruise manager, and Jack, restaurant manager, were truly service-focused! The room and balcony were perfect 🤩 Transfers to/ from Hanoi were very comfortable - made a dreaded few hours on the road fly by :) Food and activities were amazing! Beautiful trip all around! Thank you! 🥰

We’ve been with my wife for one night and we’ve had an amazing experience. Everything is perfect in Hermes boat, the boat, the people working there… i really recommend everyone to explore Halong Bay in Hermes Cruise, with an amazing guide as Lham. Hope to come back

I particularly liked the balconies for each bedroom and the view from the tub. The staff is very concerned with keeping customers happy and addressing questions. The food was pretty good.

The cruise is clean, our room - triple room with sea view is spacious and nice. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. Food is plenty and good. Our group leader Mr. Lam is friendly, humorous and did a very good job.
