The food was outstanding. Various 7 or 8 course menus are included in a 3day/2night cruise. They had an early breakfast and a brunch menu as well and room service was also included. The ship or I would call it a yacht is something :)(just check the pictures) Service is out of this world, they are everywhere to help you with tours, food and drinks and what not. They take free drone pictures for you as well, very nice. Peter Nam our personal butler deserves a special THANK YOU here, as he went out of his way to make the trip as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Everybody else was also very kind and super friendly, to that extend that we had been able to store our luggage at the Aclass office in Hanoi before we left Vietnam (thanks to Harley). The cabin, a Senior Suite on level 3, is nicely equipped and very spacious with a huge balcony and breathtaking views. Not a con but worth to notice is, that the cruise is more a 2days/1 night cruise twice than a 3day/2night cruise, as it takes the same route every day/night to pickup new passengers. Something I assume a lot of cruise lines are doing but I wasn't aware of. Overall a clear recommendation, although I know that this cruise is on the expensive side it is worth the money (if you can spare a few Dong)

Everything is just perfect! The cruise ship is very new and the best we have seen in the bay. The rooms are comfortable, the views are amazing. The pool area is great - swimming possible even in winter as the water is heated :) the staff is amazing! Our waiter Jay was great and offered support on every detail. Thanks Jay! The service, in overall, was perfect. They were very flexible to adapt the menu to dietary preferences (vegetarian). 24/7 room service (food) worked perfectly and is included. There is also happy and golden hour every evening to enjoy free drinks. On weekends there is a fireworks. The free transfer service from and to Hanoi went smoothly. The excursion are lovely guided by Andrew - we had a lot of fun! To enjoy the ship and all the offers at their fullest, we would recommend to stay at least 3 days / 2 nights!

Bryan, the best host that we could ask for, very respectful, mindful and gentleman. Also the manager (sorry I forgot your name) was very professional and was here for any problems that we could have. Overall it is an amazing experience, a good mix between good excursions and relaxation. The whole crew deserves the best !

We stayed for one day un Halong Bay and it was an unforgettable experience!! Everything on board was great: the boat, the room, the food, the crew. We have to mention Harry and Brian who were exceptionally kind, professional, and accommodating. Their outstanding service made our trip even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return and relive this extraordinary adventure!

Elite of the Seas is impeccably clean and modern. Room was a good size with a lovely private balcony. Excellent service provided by a delightful team of waiters- a special shout out for Cici, who was our butler for the trip. She is delightful and was so so helpful. Thank you Cici for all your assistance.

Everything about the 'Elite of the Seas' experience is world-class from the very start. Alex, Henry and the rest of the crew took an excellent care of us. They ensured we have a remarkable time and don't miss out on anything. Next time I'm in Vietnam, I will surely come back.
