Excellent location, Wi-Fi worked great, AC was fantastic and room was very comfortable. The low cost was was really a bonus point considering the quality of this hotel. Very close to the biggest mall of the city and several restaurants and amenities around.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Was a very posh hotel back in the day, but maintained is poor. Shower excellent, bed very comfy ,big room. Location good. Great value for money 💰

We liked almost everything about this hotel. The location near the sea of Karst rocks and a nearby Winmart supermarket.The room was spacious, the beds and pillows comfortable and the bathroom well designed with a powerful shower. Air conditioner very quiet and no noise from outside. The view from our room on the 7th floor across the bay was amazing. The receptionists Vg and Linh were very helpful and friendly and their English was good.All round we had a great stay here and will certainly stay here again upon our return to Halong.

The room was modwrn, clean and well kept, great view of the City. Very close to numerous restaurants and Vicom Plaza. Approximately 11 km to the International Shipping Port.

Staff is amazing! Welcoming. I stayed here two years and remembered Linh from two years ago. Everyone was very helpful...even the guests at night were loud un one room ( otherwise quiet), they moved me immediately to have a good sleep!

Really lovely hotel felt very fancy, in a great location with a balcony and the room was really large and clean with a huge shower and all the amenities we could need! We were super impressed especially by how cheap it was. The girl that checked us in was lovely even though we came in super early at 4am to check in! A nice hotel with views of ha long bay and right next to the shopping centre so very convenient

The hotel was in a good location right next to the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly even though the language barrier was a hurdle. The rooms with the balcony were fairly big with comfy beds and clean bathrooms.
