The hotel is located in a very quiet area. Helpful staff, we rented a scooter from them and bought transport tickets.

Very clean spacious room. Super friendly helpful staff. Kept our luggage for 10 days whilst we did the Ha Giang Loop. Good use of Google Translate for communication. Got us take away coffees before early morning 7 hour bus trip to Hanoi. Room at the back quieter. So clean and safe and brilliant value for money.
