Cannot recommend this place highly enough! It was clean, really comfy - had a kettle and a heater in the room, as well as free bananas & sweets! Breakfast was amazing - fruit platter, choice of eggs & bread rolls with coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good place - we will visit again after our trip on Ha Giang Loop!

Spacious, clean rooms, beds and bathrooms. Great breakfast with a variety of fresh fruit, good hot coffee and fresh bread with choice of eggs. Tracey at reception provided exceptional customer service, particularly in arranging a transfer to Cao Bang from Hagiang which she correctly advised would have been really difficult with public transport. Many thanks Tracey.

Amazing staff, they are very knowledgeable about the loop and ready to help you customise your own or book a tour. The room is clean and the shower is great, hot water and good pressure.
