Great staff, always helpful kind and accommodating to questions. We did the 3 day 2 night tour which was unbelievable. From my initial contact with Laim and his team all the way until the end the experience was unforgettable. A lot of careful thought has gone into the route and home stays to be special for the small tours with the guides. They are also very good at helping with information for onward travel. Always the rooms had been lovely, beds very comfortable, good amazing and staff wonderful :-) would recommend to anyone looking for a real experience with local people.

Everything. Lila Inn is such good value, the dorm rooms are cheap, and so clean and extremely comfortable. The place is super modern, and the bathroom/showers are very clean and always hot water. Location is central and staff are extremely frank helpful. They also arrange Ha Giang Loop tours/easy riders. Highly recommended this place.

Really modern well kept accommodation. The rooms and bathroom are spotless. The staff are really friendly. I arrived early at like 3am and Liam gave me a bed to sleep in. In town centre. Great value for money.

Just incredible! We did the three day/two night loop tour with two drivers and it was one of the most amazing things we ever took part in. We were just with the two of us which was amazing and gave us an opportunity to become friends with our drivers Ninh and Tang (or Thang - I’m sorry for not knowing exactly😣). They were both so sweet and Ninh provided us with so much information about the route and ethnic groups we visited. It is organised to perfection, with many off-route spots where no other groups come (especially not those big ones!). The route was diverse with plenty of stops and hikes. We stayed in lovely homestays (shoutout the bungalow in Dong Van town, incredible view) on the way and ate such delicious food for all the lunches and dinners. I would highly recommend booking with Lila inn!!!

Recommended by a friend so I booked a stay and when I arrived, Liam arranged for me to join the Ha Giang Loop tour for the following day. I joined 3 others and we had a fantastic experience. It felt like a private VIP tour, with the first stop being a private cave where we were able to swim and relax for an hour. This was an amazing experience and the tour only got better from there. The tour guide Stephan and her team of riders were excellent throughout and made sure to look after us all the way through. Would recommend this hostel and tour to anyone thinking of doing it.

The host is very nice and made our stay really good. There are motors and equipment for rent at the accommodation to do the Ha Giang loop and the host talked us through the route and all the highlights, stops and overnight stays. We wished we could stay more nights at your accommodation!

The tour was one of the best experiences of my life. Lila's commitment to smaller groups, our awesome driver Tuan and the stops they arranged created a simply magical memory! The Inn itself was comfortable, had fluffy kitten & Liam was ready to help with anything. simply: 10/10
