The staff is very flexible and do everything to make your stay as desired. The price is good, you can rent motorcycle or book a tour. Breakfast is included and you can store luggage.

Rooms are big and nice. Most important, hotel in general is very clean. Girls in the reception are very friendly and helpful. We also bought bus ticket to Sapa and they arranged a nice bus for us. They also help and advice for Ha Giang Loop. I definitely recommend staying there. Thanks Celine/Anna for comfortable stay and Boss Tom for the support and advice for the Loop.

The room was big and spacious and very comfortable. The owner is very helpful and made our trip in Ha Giang memorable. We had the best time doing the loop and we were kindly welcomed on our arrival and before our departure. Thank you for booking the bus for us as well, it was so comfortable. We highly recommend going through HaGiang Go for the loop ! Thank you for everything.

Great rooms, hired bikes, which were brand new xc150's, couldn't ask for more. Helped with the tour and letting us use facilities when we got back before our bus left!

Had a nice stay at this hostel. There was a blackout when we arrived, but the staff gave us some lights to keep us comfortable. They also gave us a free lift to our bus pickup spot and a free coffee in the morning. Beds were comfy, room was spacious too. Great place.

The Hostel is perfect to do the Loop. The beds are really comfortable and either the room and the batheroom are very clean. Om the other hand, Tom helped us with everything. The motorbikes are reliable and very new. Finally, we could do the check in late, around 1 am.

Super-clean, large room, comfortable beds. Host Tom helped us get our backpack back that we had lost frim our bike on the loop. Thank you!!! Everything is managed very professionally. They also offer guided tours and scooter rentals.
