The staff were lovely. Easy location and great late check in. We didn't use the pool/ bar area because we were only there for one night. But it looked like great fun!

The place looks nice and clean and the pool was just cherry on top! Staff was super kind and helpful, and I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a private room!

Cannot rave about this place more! The rooms were large, affordable, and clean with the most comfortable beds! They then let us keep bags in their lockers, free of charge, for the entire time we were doing the Ha Giang Loop. They couldn't have been more helpful when giving tips for the loop, even though we didn't book through them. Staff were amazing! And the breakfast was great! 20/10!!!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The cheese pizza at the restaurant was actually good and the breakfast had quite a few options. The places organise Tours around the loop for a very good price we did the 3 days and it was AMAZING the drivers are experienced and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant/leisure facilities were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at ease before setting off on the loop!

Our private room was massive. Large bed, huge bathroom, plus extra wash room/dressing room. Aircon and fan has made the summer night comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff. We originally booked 2 nights but were not sure about our activities. At the staffs suggestion, we have changed out booking for 1 night and booked a 3 day 2 night loop tour. Im sure it will be great. The hotel is holding our luggage and organising our laundry while on our tour. 💯 recommend 👍👍

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped me fixing my motorcycle: drove me around to drop it off and pick it up. Also explaining what needed to be done. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy! There's secure lockers to store your stuff while you're on the loop. I can highly recommend the Lotus Ha Giang loop!
