Huyen and her family are really nice and helpful. She was always there in case of any questions. The dogs are really cute! We also rented the bikes directly and uncomplicated in the hotel. It’s slightly more expensive but definitely very convenient. The bikes are in very good condition and we had no problems. Huyen also organised the bus back to Hanoi. Thanks again for everything!

Owner of the hotel is super friendly and caring. She organized a motorbike for us and we could leave the luggage in the hotel. Awesome pool and good pizza.

I stayed here for 2 nights in August and I am so happy that I booked. It was after my 4 day trip around the Ha Giang loop so I wanted somewhere nice to relax and chill. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The location was good, about a 10 min walk into Ha Giang town. The pool was nice and the room was very clean. Highly recommend.

What a great hotel to stay before and after the 4-day Ha Ciang Loop which was stunning! The service from the owner was warm and we felt right at home! It’s peacefull and quiet, perfect for families and people that want to avoid loud partying youngsters (no offense). We ate delicious homemade pizza, enjoyed the laundryservice and played pool! In two weeks they will have a swimmingpool ready which will be very welcoming after sitting on a motobike for 4 days! You can book your own tour but if you want to book a more personal tour you can do that through them as wel. It’s a nice family business worth while staying!

Beautiful property in the corner of town situated right next to a beautiful mountain. Peaceful, quiet and tranquil. But the family is what makes this place extra special. Huyen, the owner went out of her way to make our stay and our experience the best possible. She organised all our transfers for us from Hanoi and back rented us a bike and everything we needed for our trip on the loop. Their entire property and town got flooded during our first night with heavy rains, the families car and house and first floor of hotel was 1.5m under water. We were stuck in our room for most of the day . Although these poor people had a terrible tragedy happen to them with devastating losses, we where still their first concern and went out of their way to get warm tasty food to us, make sure we had water and everything we needed. I have never seen people work so hard and with determination to save their belongings, clean up and get their property back to working order as soon as possible. Family members came from everywhere to help and worked nonstop to save as much as possible. When we came back from 2 days on the loop we were absolutely astonished how the property was 99% back to normal and cleaned up. I cannot recommend Huyen and her homestay enough!!!We left with a full heart and a new friend.

Beautifully built in a lovely setting . The combination of historic buildings and new buildings seemlessly comes together. Lovely people running this homestay ☺️
